I’m an intuitive life coach.
This works both ways. During coaching sessions, I listen with my well-developed intuition for the clues that will help you with your goal or dilemma. When I give you assignments, I will often provide you with a way to get intuitive answers from inside of yourself. Your own wisdom is many times the most suited for resolving your issues, but you may be too close to your situation to know how to access it. I know right where to look, and I enjoy helping you figure out how to put your own unique jigsaw puzzle together.
WHO DO YOU COACH?
I coach individuals who want to change something about their lives for the better. This can include resolving an ongoing problem, working to accomplish an important goal, figuring out how to add more magic or personal power to your life, or simply gaining new perspective on issues that have you feeling off-center.
I’m not a business coach. But I have been known to help business owners see their business in a new light, to figure out a new, more personally tailored direction to go in, or how to eliminate situations that are draining their time and energy.
I’m not a marriage counselor. But if you’re a couple working on a dream or life goal together then intuitive life coaching is worth considering.
WHAT EXACTLY DOES YOUR LIFE COACHING SERVICE PROVIDE?
A week of coaching consists of a one-hour coaching session, an assignment designed especially for your needs, feedback on your completed assignment and email support. You can find out more detail on the Coaching Fees page.
Your assignments will be tailored to your personal journey. They’ll be designed or selected for you by me in response to what you express during the coaching sessions.
WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE AN ASSIGNMENT YOU GIVE ME?
First, I would help you determine whether the assignment is actually not suited to your needs or whether you’re experiencing resistance. Sometimes attempting an assignment you think you don’t like melts the resistance away and you end up getting to something you didn’t realize was waiting to emerge.
If together you and I determine that the assignment is truly not the right one for you (or maybe you’re just not ready for it yet), there’s a simple fix: I will gladly design a new assignment for you.
WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY FEEDBACK?
Feedback, both verbal and written, is an important part of the coaching experience. Above all, my style of coaching is for encouraging you to reach for your potential—rather than hyping you up with the rah-rah style of motivation (which may wear off after a few days).
Feedback here is about expressing appreciation for your efforts to make positive changes and overcome your inner/outer obstacles. This is a powerful antidote to the constant negativity and discouragement that bombards us from the world.
I WORK DURING THE DAY. DO YOU COACH AT NIGHT OR ON THE WEEKENDS?
Evening coaching sessions are possible if you absolutely can’t do it during a weekday. Evening sessions will take time zones into account so neither party has to attend at an unreasonable hour. If even that is impossible for you, I will consider a Saturday or Sunday.
WILL MILLI KICK ME UP THE BUTT TO GET ME MOVING?
My style is to motivate you with genuine, caring enthusiasm and inspire you with the riches of your own inner world. The underlying theme is to have fun and embrace the Inner You.
There are usually only two times I will gently “kick you up the butt”: (a) if you’re not taking proper care of yourself and it’s affecting your ability to function effectively and create change in your life or (b) if you start giving into the voices of distraction and procrastination and slide back into your old ways.
